TERMS & CONDITIONS

All books, and other items on this site, are offered subject to prior sale. We update our inventory as frequently as possible, but it is always possible that something might have just been sold, or items are on backorder.  You may email us at vini.ourbooks@protonmail.com prior to your order if you wish to check your item is in stock.

All goods are offered as described, but if any item is found to be defective, it may be returned for a full refund.  Let it be noted that all items are checked for defects prior to shipment.  If it is determined a defect could have been missed, and not damaged by the postal service, we will replace the item.

If it is stolen from your mailbox, and we can prove we shipped the item as per the shipping option chosen, we will not refund the purchase.  If you wish to send by another shipping method please contact us at vini.ourbooks@protonmail.com

REFUND POLICY

The Consumer Protection Act sets out requirements for refunds in some circumstances for certain types of agreements but does not provide a general right to return or exchange goods. The terms and conditions of an agreement between the business and consumer may determine if a business is required to provide a refund in a particular situation.

Please contact us before attempting to return any items so that we can advise on the applicability of a refund and any packing and shipping options.
